Lead teacher for BDA Kindergarten program where I independently developed and implemented age appropriate curriculum. I am very proud of the literacy programs that I implemented and coordinated, as well as the many hands-on learning materials and opportunities that I provided the children while I was at BDA. In this role I coordinated and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of specialists to support and develop IEP's for children in my class with special needs. Throughout the years I collaborated with colleaugues and administrators to develop and implement professional development opportunities.
