To support the co-packing part of the business in everyday technical communications and queries. Supporting the factory and interacting with them so they know and are kept up to date with issues, praise, queries and information from our co-packers. Looking after two main accounts and being primary contact for these two accounts - constant customer contact. Reporting back to the wider business in forms of presentations and meetings and technical support overall. Assisting and managing by myself product trials and launches to ensure everything is in place, on plan and everyone knows their role. Providing support from a technical capacity to all aspects of the business e.g. packaging, commercial and production.

Writing customer specifications mainly for Tesco and Aldi. Keeping up on the latest food law and making sure everything was updated. Submitting specifications to a very tight deadline and ensuring everything is "right first time" to make the product legal, artwork compliant and on shelf correctly. Supporting in customer launches by providing specification information such as raw material ingredient breakdowns, percentages, processes and procedures.Offering support and cover for other specification officers in the team who produced specifications for Asda, Co-op, Morrisons, M&S, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Woolworths (S.A), Green and Blacks and The Collective.

Dealing with multiple suppliers of packaging. Mainly looking after lidding, plastic trays and labels. Ensuring that all stock was on sight at the correct time ready for packing and having a contingency stock at all times, minimum of 3-6 weeks. Reacting to customer and planning forecasts very last minute and providing cover for promotional periods.Also during this role provided cover of company car management.Responsible for reporting the redundant stock and ensuring when something was delisting the relevent packaging/replenishment/raw material controller was aware and running down stocks to avoid write-off. Reporting to the entire business costing and predictions of remaining stock left over.

Booking hotels for corporate companies. Working in a team of around 10 answering calls and making online bookings for CHEP uk, Bae Systems, Boots UK and Selex. Working early or late days and covering for other teams in the business, i.e EasyJet flight delays and cancellations and finding hotels for 150 passengers last minute.
