Responsible for compliance advisory and support of Investor Services line of business, covering such products and services as global custody, network management, securities lending, fund accounting and administration and US transfer agency. Extensive client interaction, including preparation and delivery of compliance program materials for client Chief Compliance Officers.

Responsible for BBH's US Fund Administration business, providing investment adminstration services to more than 1,300 funds. Services included financial reporting, performance measurement, portfolio compliance monitoring and corporate secretary and regulatory support services. Team comprised of more than 100 professionals, including 3 SVPs, 7 VPs and 13 AVPS.

From 2003 through 2009, responsible Practice Leader for BBH's Corporate Secretary and Regulatory Support Services group, providing legal administration services to variety of fund clients, including open-end and closed-end mutual funds, exchange traded funds and products and offshore funds. Preparation of all board material, including calendars, agenda, all supporting memorandum and materials, attending meeting and acting as Secretary, and preparation of all regulatory filings. Sample production of team included more than 100 board meetings per year and more than 250 regulatory filings per year.In 2008, also assumed responsibility for the Portfolio Compliance Monitoring Services group, providing post trade compliance monitoring services to more than 950 funds, covering more than 3,000 daily tests.

Counsel to investment adviser to variety of mutual funds, including retail and institutional money market, fixed income and equity funds. areas covered include board reporting, complex portfolio investments (e.g., awap agreements and tender option bonds), Rule 2a-7, compliance, valuation and disclosure. Supported website and electronic media issues, as well as affiliated broker dealer matters. Member of Pricing Committee. Managed attorneys, paralegals, project managers and adminsitrative assistants.

Responsible for team of 6 professionals preparing and filing mutual fund regulatory filings, including registrations, amendments and updates, shareholder reports, and proxy statements and solicitation materials and board materials.
