My position within CP Security Management Ltd, is responsible for the effective management and security of CPsm, assets, HR, employment records, training cpd records, utility payments, external service contracts, including the proper recording and maintenance of important external and internal communications.My position is required to supervise and check the condition and security of CPsm, assets, verifies utility payments and monitors the recording, storing and updating important client, and employee information.My position receives indirect guidance from: · General Manager: (Dave Pattinson) General guidance in a number of different operational and office issues. Guidance on how to handle HR issues concerning the staff directly supervised.· Managing Director (Glenn Harwood) Head of Finance and Accounts/ Accountants: Guidance on issues related to accounting. Also in addition guidance on issues related to IT and software.
