I support SLR's growing US Region by performing a variety of HR functions in the benefits, HR analytics, compliance, policies, and employee relations arenas. As a People Team Manager, I help support a fantastic and high performing team of HR practitioners as we together tackle day-to-day HR operations across our multi-state/multi-site company. By providing HR consultation, training, and cultivating and sharing HR best practices with our internal People Team and junior and senior management, we allow our highly technical employees to focus on what they do best: delivering advisory and environmental solutions to SLR clients across the globe.

Provided consultation to managers, senior business leaders, HR staff and employees on a variety of HR best practices in benefits administration, compliance, reporting, recruitment, policies, employee relations, and compensation. Managed SLR's "best in class" benefits program for over 400 FTEs, including benefits and carrier selections, benchmarking, and communications. Responsible for identifying market trends, crafting benefits strategy, and maintaining a competitive, cost effective, and compliant benefits package. Educated employees and HR practitioners on all benefits plans on a year-round basis, with special emphasis on annual open enrollment period. Managed Municipal, State, and Federal compliance reporting, including training and overseeing junior HR practitioners. Facilitated the implementation of the first global HRIS, quickly becoming a go-to expert on the HR team for data base maintenance. Educated employees and managers on HRIS functions in support of day-to-day transactions, leave of absence administration, and data management.

Managed SLR's "best in class" benefits program for over 250 FTEs, including managing annual renewal, conducting open enrollment meetings, and working directly with benefits carriers and broker. Provided benefits education and year-round benefits support to employees, candidates, and managers. Managed statutory compliance reporting at the Municipal, State, and Federal level. Conducted Affirmative Action Plan administration, ensured compliance, and managed annual renewal. Managed HR data, prepared HR reports and dashboards to provide business insights to regional HR team, service line managers, and regional management team. Managed Professional Insurance program, related claims, and annual renewal.

Provided a variety of administrative HR support functions to the department Director and a national employee base of over 180 FTEs. Conducted employee onboarding, provided benefits education and support to employees and candidates, administered leaves of absences, maintained accurate employee files and performed audits, partnered with line managers to track employee KPIs across service areas, and maintained HR programs including employee recognition and service awards, employee reviews, and compensation evaluations.

Performed a variety of multifaceted administrative and technical functions for an office of 30 consultants, heavily relying on extensive editing, proofreading and data management skills. Supported the management of highly confidential data in support of litigation discovery for a county-wide water quality program through data analysis, QA/QC, and database administration. Launched regional Health and Safety team program in conjunction with local and national safety leadership. Implemented new office communications system by sourcing, interviewing and selecting vendors, managing implementation , and providing user support throughout.

Provided administrative support to over 90 real estate agents and in-house mortgage team including monthly revenue reporting, extensive data entry, and file maintenance. Managed and executed office morale projects. Responsible for creating and publishing marketing materials and corresponding with local media.
