A film about a relationship turning toxic and bitter as it comes to a tragic end, in which I wrote, directed and produced.In pre-production I had conversations with every department making sure they were aware of their responsibility's and sharing my vision of the project with them so they could understand the type of look I was looking for on the film. I also worked closely with the actors, going through their characters and breaking the script down scene for scene to ensure they understood how to deliver their lines and help them bring out their best performance.During production I had to ensure everything got filmed to its best, this meant the actors performances were to be top notch as well as the DoP, the sound, the set design and so on.We are currently in post production working on draft after draft till we reach the final edit. I am also working with musicians and composers for sound design on the final product.

As a creative youth worker I was responsible with working with children ranging between ages of 10 and 16. We would hold a weekly session for two hours where the children would participate in activities like dance, music, film and writing. I would be expected to lead a small group through some of them activities and sometimes the whole class.

A short film I wrote and directed about a group of cousins reminiscing in the park, they talk about their dad/uncle that passed away.Being one of my first projects I directed, I had a small cast and crew. This consisted of 4 actors, a DoP and a sound recordist. Together we spent a day filming the project. Due to the film only having one location we was able to stay in one area of the park we filmed in.In pre-production I worked on organising things for the shoot, looking at set design and constructing a shot list. I also spoke with the actors in regards to costume and their characters.During production, I watched over the scene making adjustments where I saw fit and going for multiple takes before getting the right one.When it came to post-production, I was responsible for the edit and sound design.

A short film I wrote about a young boy being interrogated for crimes he committed after being on the run.I wrote the film and then took it into production, a friend of mine directed the project and I produced. My responsibility was to ensure that everything was in place ahead of shooting. This meant securing a location and sorting wardrobe with the actors as well as organising props and set design.On set, I worked as the sound recordist. Our team was small consisting of only two actors, a DoP and myself. We encountered sound issues like nearby fridges creating humming sounds and due to the location being on an industrial site we had to pause for the occasional loud machinery that could be heard in the background, therefore adding time to our shooting day.
