I am recently retired after spending the majority of my career at Fidelity Investments. My success at Fidelity mirrored the success of the firm, and provided professional experiences across a spectrum of businesses. A common theme across my roles is that of being a business builder. As president of Fidelity Charitable, one of the fastest growing Fidelity platforms, the program grew four fold across contributions, grants, assets and new donors. Additionally, I was head of Premium Services, Fidelity's first high net worth offering, and Portfolio Advisory Services, both of which experienced double digit growth in my tenure and are linchpin businesses today at Fidelity.I achieved significant success at Fidelity driven by my strong business acumen, track record of delivering on commitments, navigating a complex environment and reputation as a leader people wanted to work for. Over my career specific capabilities emerged:*Leading growth businesses - P&L management*Innovation and leading new areas for growth*Distribution strategy, sales planning and marketing*Aligning work against commitments; strong decision making*Modernizing and digitizing operations and processes*Governance - board operations for private companies, non profits and mutual funds*Creating community of purpose and successful teams
