As an experienced Business Analyst at Dpartment of Defense I have comprehensive knowledge in the services we provide to our customers and the ability to analyze, diagnose, and determine corrective actions to solve complex customer-oriented problems. By focusing on exceeding customer expectations and providing strong communications, facilitation, and presentation skills, I have been able to sufficiently understand and resolve complex issues for all types of customers, including seniors and executives. In my current capacity, I have effectively assessed and evaluated common IT -related issues and developed successful and efficient solutions. I take pride in keeping the customer’s perspective first.
