I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in women's mental health, with a focus on perinatal loss, infertility, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). I am EMDR trained and utilize EMDR in my work as well as mindfulness, expressive arts therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I utilize expressive arts therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfullness, and interpersonal therapy in my work and believe there is great benefit in working collaboratively with other professionals.

I lead virtual support and education groups for new moms in the DC metro area, covering topics such as eating, sleeping crying, attachment, changing relationships, and the transition back to work.

I provided therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families and specialized in using child-centered play therapy, expressive arts therapies, strenghts-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques.
