Support Change Health McKesson PACS, PowerScribe360, with Cerner RIS. Responsible for daily maintenance and clean-up of exams, build new procedures, troubleshooting unread exams, proper archiving of exams, HIPPA Audits, workflows for technologist, training new PACS Admin, testing new department request.

• Perform Screening, Diagnostic and Call Back Mammograms • Perform Stereotactic Biopsies, MRI Breast Biopsies, Needle Localizations, specimen imaging.• EPIC superuser• Ensure compliance with Mammography MQSA inspections.• Follow up requirements per MQSA and ACR guidelines regarding patient’s result letters, provider letters and certified letters as needed. • Follow up calls to patients, providers and/or outside facilities.

Supports the utilization of all applications within the Medical Imaging Department to include understanding of HL7 messages and the Interface Engine, writing department policies and protocols. Daily maintenance, proper archiving, testing upgrades, building new procedures, templates, troubleshoot failed messages and reports, creating workflow routines for technologist, training new technologist and radiologist, daily support of end users for the following software: • Change Health Radiology PACS• Merge Cardio PACS • PowerScribe 360 Admin- Create Autotext, map exams to templates, create custom fields from modalities.• Magview Admin- Mammography Reporting and patient letter system. Develop structure report templates, news user training, and troubleshoot workflow issues.• Meditech- RIS monthly reports, testing upgrades, and troubleshoot unreported exams, monitor failed reports and fix these reports. • Tavoca- Patient reminder system, create messages and map scheduling task to exam messages for all Medical Imaging Modalities.• Eon- Healthy Person Program and CT Low Dose Lung Screening navigator• PACS Cube – CD burner• Rhapsody- Interface Engine - resend messages needed. • Kronos timekeeping for 42 employees for 24/7 department to include holiday, shift differential and call schedules.
