Decision Analytics supporting Unit Economics / Customer Lifetime Value Modeling

- Provide Decision Support for Sprint's Pricing and Marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain financial models to use in analysis, with specific focus on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models and analysis.

- Developed financial models for Sprint’s wireless and wireline product offerings, which were utilized in business case and financial analysis, in creating strategic pricing guidelines, and in evaluating financial metrics such as Customer Lifetime Values, Return on Invested Capital, Discounted Cash Flows and Operating Margin for business customer opportunities.- Developed pricing tools to enable the sales organization to make quick decisions in the field while maintaining profitability.- Created monthly reporting packages to communicate results to management.- Presented finance training to the pricing organization; educated pricing analysts on appropriate metrics to use in evaluating customer opportunities for the Business/Enterprise segment.

- Responsible for management of wireline data product contributing over $550M in annual revenue. Provided quarterly port forecasts; presented monthly product line review; managed capital and operating expenses; interfaced with pricing groups to ensure pricing on product is meeting market requirements while enabling Sprint to be financially healthy.- Provided leadership for “Data Product Simplification”, an initiative resulting in a complete migration of customers off of legacy networks onto newer technology. Developed and communicated migration targets for account teams; reported financial, operational, and migration results to VPs; provided recommendations to VP team regarding customer requests and project status.

- Held financial analyst positions in various Sprint finance organizations, including Product and Marketing Decision Support, Pricing and Contract Analysis, Operations Analysis and National Integrated Services. Responsibilities included forecasting and budgeting, financial analysis and decision support, creating financial models and tools used to evaluate the business cases or customer opportunities, customer lifetime value analysis, and competitive analysis.

- Planned, organized and completed various financial and process-oriented internal audits. Successfully communicated recommendations for improvement to management teams.
