Currently responsible overseeing 4 members of the Corporate Accounting team as well as the HFM Administrator. Assist in new system implementations and process improvements. Lead the development and ongoing management of the monthly consolidation process, activities, and timeline on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Ensure all consolidating and elimination entries are properly recorded each period and assess accuracy of supporting documentation for consolidation adjustments. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual External reports. Partner with the Director of Tax and Director of Treasury to ensure that all intercompany transactions are in balance between group entities and are recorded in accordance with applicable transfer pricing and intercompany agreements.

Responsible for all aspects of global income tax accounting and compliance. Managed a tax department of 4 individuals and reported to the VP of Tax. Prepared or reviewed the effective tax rate, prepared tax disclosures for external reporting, reviewed the federal consolidated return, reviewed the domestic and international tax provisions for compliance with ASC 740, reviewed global FIN 48 liabilities, managed RIA income tax compliance software, and conducted the annual tax audit. Acted as a liaison between the tax department and global controllers.

Responsibilities included the quarterly calculation of the global ETR and provisions. Review of all international provisions and calculation/review of all US International calculations such as 956, 987, taxable dividends, Sec 78 gross up, and foreign tax credit. I also has responsibility for the review and completion of the US 1120, 8865's, and 5471's. I am fluent with Onesource, Hyperion, HFM and SAP.

Responsible for review of the consolidated provision for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740. Prepared the ETR for review by the Tax Director. Prepared the disclosures for the 10Q and 10K. Responsible for the review and preparation of the 8865 consolidated return. Reported to the Director of Domestic Taxes. Prepared and reviewed state income tax returns. Reviewed all tax accounting entries. Calculated Sec 199 and conducted R&D tax credit studies.
