I have worked in the public and private sectors of Healthcare in Ireland for several years. My early role was as a staff nurse in various orthopaedic settings. As I furthered my career, I made the decision to specialise in Infection Prevention and Control. Whilst it is a challenging job, it is also a very rewarding job. I have gained valuable knowledge of the importance of networking and communication with all relevant personnel to ensure the outcome for the client and organisation is satisfactory to all.
