High School Counseling Lead. Created substantial student-led Freshmen Mentor Program to foster success and connectedness to new students as well as leadership skills, compassion, engagement, and responsibility to upper classmen. Scholarship director- increasing annual scholarships received from 750k to 3.5 million. Testing Coordinator- logistic and implementation lead for all dual enrollment testing.

Teaching three separate curriculums to students, earning the highest SOL scores for the school. Developing curriculum for new classes. Mentoring Freshmen, and co-leading a student-driven, substantial Freshmen Mentor Program that addressed student educational needs, but primarily focused on relationship building and connectedness within the building while empowering upper classmen to take on leadership roles, mentor younger students, and create an inviting community.
