As the Client Relations Manager for Crown Wealth Group, my role is to support the execution of each client’s wealth plan; ensuring all of the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. - Develop, document and deliver ongoing PowerSchool SIS (Student Information System) training for central office, school-based administration and support staff.- Support all levels of PowerSchool users by troubleshooting issues and providing on-time solutions.- Monitor data, identify issues, implement solutions and communicate findings to ensure quality data for State reporting requirements.- Maintain user access and security for employees using PowerSchool SIS.- Team lead for the Department of Technology’s department culture committee. Organizing team building activities and assisting Chief Technology Officer with planning quarterly staff meetings.

- Ensured data integrity by creating, presenting and implementing data management and reporting processes for data managers, attendance clerks, registrars and other school system employees.- Generated and compiled Excel reports with recommendations for improving business practices, operational procedures and file structure using NCWISE AdHoc exports and reporting hub reports. - Provided ongoing training, support and troubleshooting for data managers in their daily activities, state reporting. Foster a long-term commitment to standardized data input and high-quality data output.

- Help Desk support for data managers, administrators, teachers, and staff. Primary contact for middle school data managers. Develop training modules and train administrators, teachers, and staff on NCWISE. Modules include discipline data entry, maneuvering through eSIS, TAM (Teacher Assistant Module), and attendance. Data management for discipline data collection and USDDC Safe Schools report. Assist in maintaining user security at the LEA level.- System administrator for SchoolMessenger notification system. Responsibilities include maintaining user security, training, executing data exports and serving as help desk for administrators and staff.- Created and maintained the Davidson County Schools’ NCWISE website. Updated document manager, calendar of events, useful links and a FAQ section for troubleshooting the unique program requirements of NCWISE.

- Management of student records. Correction and submission of reports as required by the state, maintenance of staff information and security, scheduling for the new school year. Created and stored historical files at close of school year for record keeping, enrolling and withdrawing students. - Trained teachers and staff in NCWISE.

- Assisted with new employee enrollment sessions. Established employee files and entered personnel and position data into Human Resources Management System. Maintained secure medical files, entered and maintained employment applications. Generated applicant data reports for the Human Resource Director and Principals.- Arranged teacher recruitment trips, established a data base of recruiters and application data and maintained the budget.

Processed health, dental, life, cancer insurance forms, balanced and paid invoices. Invoiced for COBRA offerings and family medical leaves. Prepared refund checks.

Gathered, input and transmitted college data for the North Carolina Community College System Institution’s Class Reports (ICR). Scheduled curriculum classes, room assignments, students’ registration. Maintained inventory of computers and software for faculty and staff. Created presentations, documents, tables and correspondence for administration and faculty.
