Managing life-cycle of multiple implementation projects into BAU and realisation of benefits. Managing key business stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements understood, agreed impact assessments factored and into training and communications plans.

Led a team in establishing a new ‘Ways of Working’ process for managing initiatives from business request/new idea through to handover to Business As Usual. Also standardised resources management process across the business. Successfully set clear roles and responsibilities and embedded a robust governance framework including centralised Risk register. I also established a finance reporting process, and embedded this from Project Management team through to Finance Business Partner. Successfully communicated and embedded changes, measuring understanding and gaps. I left this role for family reasons which are now no longer an issue.

Regulatory and New Product Introduction - Assuring readiness for Operational consumption by the business colleagues of new products and change implementations. I conducted business analysis and delivered the New Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance System across Fibre Network Delivery (FND) Operations. This provided exposure to all areas of Openreach, including offshore teams. Successfully managed implementation of various other client & business - impacting platform changes.

- Managed the end-to-end integration activity, from Due Diligence, with a view to determining viability of the acquisition of the insurance broker, and taking the acquisition through to approval, deal completion, and subsequent integration. Managing multiple projects concurrently, with varying degrees of complexity and risk. Managing all Due Diligence and post-completion Business workstreams and providing accurate and timely reporting and stage gate and governance process management

Part of the Islands Transformation team successfully delivering multiple complex change initiatives involving various business areas such as Payments, Risk, GDPR Compliance, Customer On boarding and Tax Reporting amongst others. Particularly known for my knowledge of Islands Regulatory reporting requirements and therefore given projects to deliver where these skills were required
