Manage the following company contracts: Idaho, Iowa, Oregon, Utah and Wisconsin.Serve as the point of contact for state departments, test observers hired as independent contractors, and staff in regard to policy and contractual agreements.Provide system support for technical issues for candidates, testing sites, independent contractors, and state boards. Assist in the development of skills task at annual Test Advisory Panel meetings and monitor the implemented changes. Coordinate test observer’s testing schedules with test site availability.Sustain the ability to communicate well over the phone and through written communications.Facilitate the development of state specific nurse aide skill videos for training.  Evaluate and advise on test observer’s test events to ensure standardized testing. Management of test packages, including, distribution, collection, and scoring.Verification and distribution of confidential exam scores to clients, and various state boards.Understand and apply confidentiality laws and testing protocol for multiple states. Quality control for the company’s latest software. Oversee test observers including new hire paperwork, reviews, wage increases and travel compensation.Primary contact for candidate relations and customer service on the phone.
