Currently serving as a clinical psychometrist conducting neuropsychological assessments with active duty and retired naval servicemembers and their dependents at the Naval Health Clinic in Annapolis, Maryland. Also serving as a member of the Concussion Center for Excellence care team at the United States Naval Academy providing concussion related care to students.

Experienced in administering neuropsychological assessments to children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other co-morbid conditions. Developed a series of public health materials highlighting disorders that commonly co-occur with autism spectrum disorder. Developed and submitted documents for IRB approval. Served as a research interventionist on a study evaluating the effectiveness of two school-based interventions targeting communication and social skills in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. Provided one-to-one intervention to children utilizing extensive training in a behavioral intervention (Discrete Trial Training) or in a play-based intervention (Interpersonal Developmental Approach). Recorded, graphed and interpreted behavioral data. Conducted an eight week parent training model teaching parents to implement the intervention at home. Extensive experience implementing Picture Exchange Communication (PECs) and utilizing video editing software (PMB) and Board Maker software. Led a twenty week parent training model focused on teaching play and communication skills to parents of young children with autism spectrum disorder.Also assisted on the Study to Explore Early Development, a study exploring the potential causes of autism spectrum disorder. Experienced in data entry, assessment scoring and computer database management. Involved extensive use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs. Developed and implemented a more streamlined process to improve data collection. Managed study documents for IRB amendment and renewal submissions. Involved in the recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up of participants.

Served as a co-facilitator in a multi-family group therapy model (Strengthening Family Coping Resources) for families who have experienced significant trauma. Conducted intake interviews and qualification measures. Assisted in implementing group therapy protocol during weekly meetings.
