Since our founding in 2009, we have acquired over 60 companies and have expanded to more than 500 locations serving 37 states. Manage credit and collection teams for 14 divisions. Enhance and implement credit policies for operational management, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements. . Overseeing $220M in receivables and addressing serious collection matters including serious collection matters including legal negotiations. Collaboration with Corporate accounting and division sales team is crucial to establishing and maintaining bad debt reserves. Provide key performance indicators and performance reports to executive leadership. Maintain strong relationships and foster good communication with division leadership concerning accounts receivable and credit performance.Achievements:*Spearheaded electronic credit application with built-in workflow for better risk assessment and increased customer satisfaction by 20%.* Created and implemented department policies and processes which have assisted in more sound credit decisions.* Restructured underperforming divisions, engaged customers to identify root causes of issues, and recovered $5M in past-due receivables within 5 months via ACH plans and credit card payments* Developed and implemented order-to-cash strategies which increased billing accuracy by 25%, decreased DSO by 30 %, and reduced bad debt by 20%.* Provide monthly strategies to each division to maximize customer contact with an average of 30% increase.
