With over 25 years of experience, I have become known for my ability to think ahead - seeing potential issues coming and address them before they might dare become problems. I have always wanted to help people and I love that my job allows me to do that. But helping people is just one piece of the puzzle. Both my clients and colleagues often say that I go over and above and I’m proud of the amazing relationships that I’ve cultivated. Many of them have worked with me for many years. One of the things that makes me a meticulous project advisor is my ability to bridge client needs with reality. Some of my proudest moments in my current roles as Retail Sales Manager-US and Senior Project Advisor are the year I navigated three projects with unique challenges in three different states simultaneously, when I fostered a sales team member through a serious sales slump that ultimately resulted in one of the best performing sales years of his career and the largest sale of my career that turned out to be the largest value residential sale in company history. All of these things happened in the same year which makes them extra special. I graduated from the Evergreen State College with a degree in Liberal Arts. I live on the Kitsap Peninsula with my pup, Pepper, and when I’m not up to my elbows in blueprints, you can find me in my ‘epic’ veggie garden, nerding-out watching the birds on my property and learning to play the banjo.
