With over 10 years of experience in dance education and business management, I am passionate about providing professional and unique opportunities for those in the fitness and creative sector. With my experience at Echelon Fitness, I spearhead member focused events as well as overseeing continuation of ensuring high-quality and diverse content for members on the online fitness platform. In collaboration with the marketing, finance, and supply management teams, I develop and promote new programs that enhance the in-person member experience and retention. In addition, I teach dance and choreography at Scenic City Dance, where I work closely with the dancers to contribute to the artistic and educational vision of the organization through premier dance technique and training. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Dance and Choreography and Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.
