Independently manage large caseload in connection with extensive probate litigation practice, mentor associates, including monthly lunch/ learn presentations and scheduled training sessions and handle all aspects of civil litigation matters and contested proceedings from initial filing, through discovery, and to conclusion of trial. Interact with clients at all stages of representation, including vetting potential clients and referrals, gathering evidence, and managing expectations.
