My responsibilities included making appointments for clients to get into outpatient treatment and or assessments. Managing counselor schedules with appointments. Checking eligibility of insurance for clients. Managing billing and finance issues and having weekly finance meeting with supervisor and counsellors. Support staff for supervisor and counsellors. Answering messages, returning calls, faxing documents, scanning documents. Training staff on new EMR program. Working at the front desk and taking co-pays.
