My professional passion is utilizing my business development, alliance management, and technology transfer expertise to bring new therapeutic options to patients as rapidly as possible. I am looking for employment or consulting opportunities to continue my pursuit of this passion.At Replay Holdings LLC, I served as the Senior Director of Partnerships and focused on managing relationships with academia and other companies to accelerate Replay's platform technologies including an HSV based vector for gene therapy and a TCR-NK cell therapy. This role was heavily focused on search and evaluation. I was responsible for identifying and in licensing IP. Before coming to Replay, I spent 21 years at the University of Pittsburgh in a variety of roles. During the beginning of my career I performed basic research as a laboratory technician in the laboratories of Olja Finn (cancer vaccine) and Barto Burguera (obesity). I also completed an MBA at Pitt's Katz School of Business. After finishing my degree, I moved in to technology transfer and business development focused roles within the University. I spearheaded several pharmaceutical / biotech / and venture capital based relationships which resulted in master agreements, option agreements, sponsored research agreements as well as new company formation.
