- Responsible for all sales functions for two international fragrance brands, including growth of existing retail business as well as opening new points of distribution. - Plan and execute seasonal programs inclusive of product launches, events and outreach in partnership with retailers. - Manage stock and sales plans monthly to ensure achievement of shipment targets. - Create education tools for field sales team based on seasonal priorities. - Facilitate both in store and classroom style training seminars. - Work closely with retailer .com teams to increase brand awareness through Omni channel.
