Vice President, Provider Engagement Operations
Current🔸 Leads a team of 37 provider engagement staff🔸 Oversees revenue cycle for care-at-home programs🔸 Leads the Clinical Transformation program using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate people, process, and technology to provide recommendations for improving efficiency, improving stakeholder satisfaction, and reducing process waste; engage physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams in improving their daily work to achieve high-quality, cost-effective care with satisfied patients.🔸 Lead projects management for development and adoption of technology (with automation) to reduce manual tasking for care teams; resulted in improved efficiency leading to stronger staff onboarding and retention metrics🔸 Spearheads the development of Standard Work for daily operations, implementation of a dashboard for operational reporting, and compilation of Best Practice Recommendations for meeting quality measures🔸 Develops Care Continuity delivery models to include processes for transitions of care within a clinically integrated network, i.e., from the Emergency Department into primary and specialty care clinics🔸 Implements neighborhood networks to manage indirect patient care in a centralized manner🔸 Creates and implements staffing model framework to be used and scaled across programs🔸 Leads multiple cross-functional committees and sub-committees including Utilization Management, Quality and Risk, and Operational Re-Design
