Ms. Procacci was a Global Knowledge Sharing Functional Lead with IBM. She managed two international teams, consisting of approximately 20 functional reports, who delivered knowledge management services internally. Her knowledge sharing and learning work supported the facilitation of sales and delivery efforts within IBM’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization. Ms. Procacci was one of four individuals responsible for collaborating with GBS executive leaders to develop and implement a global knowledge sharing strategy, which included a communications and strategic adoption approach, for over 110,000 GBS employees worldwide.Ms. Procacci regularly developed and delivered live and virtual training sessions - often with over 300 attendees present. She also led an initiative to revise business processes that improved internal GBS support by eliminating redundancies and streamlining the delivery of knowledge management and learning services. Ms. Procacci was responsible for developing and collecting requirements and use cases in order to create a next generation intellectual capital and learning repository that was also mobile accessible. Ms. Procacci supported IBM's Public Sector clients through strategic human resource transformation initiatives as a Project Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Lead. She was responsible for overseeing client relationships with senior leaders, controlling project financials, and managing direct reports. Ms. Procacci led communication workstreams and client workshops to analyze workforce planning and succession needs. She established workforce development standards including competency models, competency-based career paths, the mapping of trainings to desired competencies, and a self-assessment tool that provided a skills-based gap analysis. Her presentations and communications were often used to brief her clients’ senior leadership.As the BPR lead, Ms. Procacci directly led the process re-engineering efforts for over 150 high priority HR processes in order to document and analyze complex, decentralized, and inefficient systems within their current state. She then designed future state processes by identifying pain point solutions, eliminating process redundancies and determining a shared services' transition strategy. Mrs. Procacci developed knowledge transfer plans, designed and facilitated workshops and trainings, and authored strategic plans.

Mrs. Procacci was a member of a publication project team responsible for creating and then training users on budget templates and the enterprise content management tool, Documentum. She helped to develop and implement all training, communications, and organizational change management activities used in the project's pilot and go-live phases. These materials included briefings for key stakeholders, the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and product demonstration collateral.
