Amy Prueger’s practice focuses on complex commercial and regulatory litigation and appeals. Having clerked for Justice Wainwright at the Supreme Court of Texas and worked in both large and specialty-practice law firm environments, Amy has in-depth experience representing clients in business disputes. She handles pre-trial and trial matters, ensuring her clients are protected in the event of appeal. Amy has served as lead counsel in complex litigation and arbitration matters, including arbitrations involving international disputes, from the initial filing of the complaint through post-hearing matters. Her work also includes assisting clients in the administrative context, presenting matters to the Public Utility Commission and the State Office of Administrative Hearings and, when necessary, taking those matters up on appeal. She also handles appeals before various courts of appeals, both state and federal, and the Supreme Court of Texas. Additionally, Amy represents telecommunications clients, both in litigation and by providing counsel to avoid potential litigation disputes.
