• Managed municipal waste reduction and sustainability grant program. • Developed and presented grant workshops.• Managed the review, award, procurement and delivery of granted equipment and materials to over 150 communities annually. • Managed program promotion, and monitored program and grantee performance. • Supervised and coordinated projects among recycling staff and regional contractors, as well as managed technical assistance projects. • Fiscal management included budgetary planning, expenditure tracking, preparing grant agreements and vendor contracting documents, and negotiating scopes of work/service with grantees and vendors. • Transitioned the program to an online application system including form development, development testing, and the creation of user guidance materials.

• Managed annual solid waste data reporting including data entry, analysis, report development, and presentation of findings to internal and external stakeholders. • Analyzed solid waste trends and forecasted remaining disposal capacity and export projections. • Refined data methodology and improved data tracking by identifying additional source reduction activities in Massachusetts. • Facilitated the transition of recycling processor and compost surveys to online reporting including form development, development testing, and creation of user guidance materials. • Created various solid waste and recycling fact sheets. Coordinated and participated in weekly internal strategy meetings and stakeholder advisory group and led the data subcommittee.
