About Amy Eversole
I'm a former pension actuary. Twenty years ago, I took (what I thought would be) a short break to raise my young children. That break turned into a beautiful homeschooling adventure. As my kids begin to graduate, I'm returning to school to earn my MS in Mathematics so I can become a college professor. I'm looking for chances to increase my teaching experience while I work on my degree.I might not have the traditional teaching background, but those years of homeschooling my kids, coaching robotics teams, practicing martial arts, camping with scouts, driving to band practice, and teaching at our homeschool co-op have given me a unique background to draw upon when teaching!
