Within Bright Start Behaviour Support, I adapted a family and client-centred practice specialising with clients under the age of 18. Due to the age of the clients, a play-based and creative approach were often utilised in order to effectively build rapport and increase their willingness to participate. Constructing behaviour support plans, upskilling primary support networks, and regular therapy sessions to address the client skills deficits were all core responsibilities.
