Work closely with pharmacist and use medication input software to proficiently process and dispense written , oral and electronic prescriptions safely and accurately. Communicate with both Drs offices and insurances companies on prescription and insurance rejections. Provide friendly customer service at prescription drop -off and pick-up counters. Maintain drug inventory levels by ordering necessary medications and supplies , rotating stock and immediately handling out of dates and drug recalls. I am proficient in running the cash register and have strong communication telephone skills .
