Had the amazing opportunity to build OLIO's IT department from the ground up, making sure that all staff had the tools and training needed to push the business to the next level. As well as being responsible for all day-to-day IT administration, I was also fortunate enough to lead on projects such as a significant cloud data migration, development of a self-service IT portal, and company-wide cybersecurity training programs.

As the first point of contact for Bancroft's staff, pupils and parents during lockdown, I have had the chance to hugely broaden my IT knowledge by handling a broad range of technical queries as the school moved to an in-person/remote hybrid teaching model. My experience in customer service has really come in handy for explaining complex technical issues to a range of audiences, and for building cross-departmental relationships to help the IT team identify technical issues quickly and effectively.Whether supporting and training Microsoft Office users, working on third party apps, or fixing hardware issues, I have loved my time at Bancroft's so far and am looking forward to continuing to learn and grow here.

At Mindbody, I had the chance to step into more of a tech-focused role, providing quality customer support to business clients using the Mindbody app and resolving problems related to services or the product via multiple communication methods during a particularly intense period for our and their businesses.

I provided an effective and efficient Recruitment and Reward service to HEE for all staff groups. Working with managers, HR and Payroll staff, I ensured that our recruitment, staffing and benefit processes operated seamlessly. My goal was to ensure that both employees and candidates received the highest possible level of service, and I really enjoyed broadening my HR and legal knowledge to offer support with complex queries.I also had the chance to overhaul the team's documentation, Excel trackers, and internal processes, as well as mentoring more junior members of staff and running training sessions for stakeholders across the company.

Worked at Reed Education Sheffield, specialising in the recruitment of Secondary school teachers, from NQT to Senior Management levels, as well as teaching assistants and school support staff. Expanded candidate pool from 12 to 48 in three months. Also offered HR and payroll support to our team of temporary staff, as well as signposting career development and training opportunities.

Ran language, culture, translation and speaking classes for students aged 18-82, and helped to organise extra-curricular activities. Consistently achieved high pass rates and high student engagement levels, as well as creating a library of digital resources for other lecteur·rice·s.

Communicated with suppliers and clients, created and distributed brochures, streamlined switch to new stock organising system.

Producted and distributed of promotional materials; improved communication with tourists and local English speakers by providing on-site translation and interpretation.
