I am a highly motivated administrative assistant with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. I am currently employed in the Human Kinetics and Health Education department for the College of Education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, (UWO). I earned my master’s degree in Sustainability Management in 2021.I routinely operate the following software: HRS, Microsoft office, PeopleSoft, Titan Web, WISDM, Canvas, Plone, advising software, academic calendars, and I extensive masters training in Excel. I work well in a fast-paced setting, and am comfortable working both independently as well as collaboratively. I have extensive experience monitoring and managing budgets in professional, service-oriented settings on both the personal business and organizational levels. I was the recipient of the UWO Star Award in July 2011, the UWO Outstanding Returning Adult Student Award, and the UWO Outstanding Achievement Award in September of 2016. I completed the University Staff Leadership Series in 2015; I was a member of the UWO Safety Team for over 15 years and attended regular SAFE training on campus. I am ready to use my education and experience to find a career that will utilize all that I have to offer.While working various positions in the past, I have developed and maintained a strong work ethic and I look forward to an opportunity to further discuss how I possess the skills this position requires. My customer service skills are extensive, and I can easily communicate and work with constituents and personnel at all levels and from diverse backgrounds, while advising in a higher education setting. I have over 30 years’ experience in customer service, community outreach and fundraising, working with and training students and staff and I am very comfortable with public speaking. I have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and resolving challenges in a professional manner.
