Provide end-to-end Human Resources support including training, policy development, strategic HR initiatives, recruitment, selection, job analysis, employee relations, and on-boarding. Recently taken on project lead function in development and roll-out of employee engagement initiative in support of North America-wide communication strategy.

Provide Case Management support to facilitate safe, successful return to work planning, workplace accommodations, and benefits adjudication. Work collaboratively with employee base and health care community by supporting patient advocacy with aim towards providing information and resources to assist in navigation of health care system, and providing informational resources in treatment, support systems, and maintenance of overall health & wellness.

Accountable for providing Employee Relations support to National Nova Scotia employees, specifically within the National Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Auditing Departments. Oversaw areas of Performance Management, Severance/Terminations, Disability Management, HR Reporting, Job Analysis, Orientation, and Complaint resolution.

Supported the employee base and Management team in the areas of Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Performance Reviews, Investigations, Disability Management, Orientation, Recruitment, Selection, Leadership Training, and Occupational Health & Safety.
