Collaborate with other district personnel for scheduling and to validate data accuracy.• Responsible for conflict resolution and account reconciliation related to customer escalations by reviewing account discrepancies, processing billing adjustments and bank/credit card drafts, or initiating collection.• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or discrepancies, and provide recommendations to management for improving billing processes or addressing issues.
