- Leads goals & performance, coaching, mentoring, and other development programs- Manages all programs and activities associated with Talent Strategy, included but not limited to talent reviews, talent calibrations, and workforce planning- Develops and delivers global employee engagement surveys and delivery of results across business units- Implements and executes organization’s early career development strategy, including university relations, intern program, and various early career development related programs and partnerships- Serves as key contact for employees related to talent management programs

Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals both in the US and Costa Rica, and responsible for enterprise wide recruiting and on-boarding of Stewart Title, which includes responsibility for recruiting operations, the candidate and new hire experience, sourcing strategies, metrics and reporting, compliance, and process mapping and improvement.

- Successfully identify, attract, and hire quality candidates by sourcing, utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques and leveraging talent networks- Parter with HR Business Partner(s) and Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs, and create a recruiting plan aligned with the business strategy- Routinely carry a requisition load of 40+- Support multiple business lines nationwide, including: Title & Escrow Fulfillment Services (TEFS), Centralized Title Services (CTS), Stewart Valuation Services (SVS) and Stewart Lender Services (SLS)
