In my previous position as a Property Manager I created a training handbook that was utilized company-wide, managed customer relations and delinquent accounts for 13 properties, and decreased delinquency levels to a record low within the organization. As a receptionist I led cleanup of company databases and files leading to overall ease of use and efficiency. I have been working as an administrator and/or administrative support my entire career. In doing so, I have developed the fundamental skills to success as a support specialist and it is what I'm proficient at. I enjoy providing support to co-workers, teammates, organizations, and in volunteer opportunities as this line of work is what comes naturally to me. I have been praised by my managers for my excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks before the deadline.
