As the Chief Operating Officer at Lifesong for Orphans Haiti, I oversee all aspects of the organization's management, operations, and instruction. I am responsible for budgeting, payroll preparation, daily operation, procurement management, HR operations, staff training and onboarding. I have been in this role for eight years, and I have helped the organization grow and thrive in serving the needs of orphaned and vulnerable children in Haiti.I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, which has given me a strong foundation in health, wellness, and human movement. I have also gained valuable skills in operations, relationship building, training and development, and leadership through my past and present work experiences. I am passionate about serving others, especially those who are marginalized and disadvantaged. I value collaboration, teamwork, and support, and I always seek to learn from and understand the people I work with. I am meticulous, organized, and observant, and I pay attention to detail in everything I do. I am flexible, patient, humble, and committed, and I adapt to changing situations and challenges with grace and resilience.
