Coaching youth ages 9 to 13 in the Junior Development program working on fundamental movement skills of running, jumping and throwing by learning the traditional Athletics events such as sprints, hurdles, long jump, high jump, shot put and discus.Volunteering on the board of directors as past Vice President, and currently as President. Working on developing Return-to-Play covid safety plans and procedures to help re-start club programs.

Assisted project lead in beginning stages of development of a regional Pacific Sport centre. Created media, edited website, press releases and reports. Researched regional sport resources. Updated data bases.

Instructed preschool and primary grade aged children (2 to 9 years old) in gymnastics programming aimed at building physical literacy, developing fundamental movement patterns and learning basic gymnastics skills and sport specific movement patterns, in a fun and engaging environment.

Designed and lead a yearly free running program for teen girls that progressed to running a 5km race.

Instructed beginner programming for children in the Jackrabbit program, teaching basic nordic skiing skills.
