I have been in the financial industry for over 25 years. I have worked in small banks, medium sized banks and large banks. I have been fortunate to always work on the customer service/operations side of branches-working with customers. I have done everything from tellering, opening accounts, audits, work on ATMs, risk managment, fraud investigations, hire, train and manage people, compliance, work on big and small projects and "all duties as assigned". I have been able to use my experience and skills at Fiserv, Inc. and learn new things literally everyday. The financial industry changes everyday and I work for a company dedicated to assisting Financial Institutions of all sizes in working through those changes and providing excellent products and services to their clients. Moving into New Client Implementations at Fiserv as an Engagement Manager. I am excited to bring my Client Services background to my new team and work with clients as they become part of Fiserv.
