Currently serving as the Executive Director of a vital urban outreach in Pittsburgh, I am no stranger in the fight to strengthen families. Our growing non-profit leverages private giving and partners with community resources to deliver vital medical, material, and emotional tools to families experiencing unexpected pregnancies in some of Pittsburgh's most needy neighborhoods. Women’s Choice Network is a group of four Medical clinics reaching abortion vulnerable women and empowering them to choose life. As the Director of this Christian non-profit for almost all of its history, I found that my wheelhouse is strategic planning and team building. I love to connect people to people while working toward a common mission. Taking the role of manager and coach, I seek out those who will advance the mission and then help them more fully identify and utilize their strengths and passions. Because I lead with vision and strong beliefs, strategic futuristic thinking is exciting and rewarding to me. As an author and abstinence speaker, I’ve participated in events from both an “onstage” and “offstage” perspective. I know what it takes to bring people to the table, present the mission, and deliver the marching orders.
