In conjunction with the Director of Operations and medical providers, understand business responsibilities and key performance metrics for successfully managing multiple medial practices. Assists in forecasting results to ensures all budgets and production expectations are met or exceeded. Monitor patient volumes, modify schedules as needed, ensure staffing hours are with appropriate range for patient volume, monitor expenses and purchases with a cost saving and quality approach to meet budget expectations.
