• Record and manage all transactions for the church including offerings, donations, stock gifts, expenses, and bank transfers into QuickBooks• Prepare all bank deposits for general church fund and building project fund• Oversee $300K of annual income and $300K of annual expenses• Reconcile online church giving with Quickbooks• Maintain confidentiality of all church income information • Manage Building Project fundraising campaign and track donations• Work in partnership with the church CPA and third party payroll group as needed for payroll processing• Prepare quarterly financial analysis for leadership by evaluating budget versus actuals • Review and process all expense reports for approval and payment• Reconcile financial system to monthly bank statements• Pay all invoices and allocate to the appropriate expense accounts• Generate the annual church budget by collaborating with ministry leaders to forecast income and expenses• Create and distribute annual tax receipts for all donors • Collaborate with investment firms to process stock gifts for deposit • Oversee buying of hospitality and operational supplies for the church
