My role at Arvato (under the Renault UK account) required me to be the escalated point of contact for customers who have raised their concerns on social media, by email or over the phone. Whilst using these platforms to communicate, working towards providing a satisfactory solution to the customer in order to turn around their entire experience, the ability to use my initiative is essential. The complexity of the each case does vary, some require a simple explanation whilst others require full investigation. This would include liaising directly with dealers, internal departments and third parties, all of this to be done within a deadline, a set budget and with net promotor score in mind.

Working face to face with clients in order to understand their requirements for a property allowed me to excel in my communicative skills. During my time at Matthew Williams, I was tasked with the organisation of viewings for individuals as well as set up for open days, liaising with both landlords/owners and tenants/purchasers, therefore sometimes dealing with very demanding situations. In addition to this, my role also involved completing the necessary administrative tasks. The requirement to meet the client expectation allowed to me to gain the ability to manage my time effectively and deadlines were always met.
