• Review and consult on various aspects of building design i.e. Unit Layouts, Amenity Spaces, Management Suite Layouts, Access Control, CCTV, Signage, Utility provisions etc in Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build to Rent (BTR) and Co-Living schemes.• Manage the completion and presentation of numerous research projects; collating quantitative and qualitative data through desktop and field based research on; competitors, market trends in BTR & PBSA in the UK and Ireland. • Assisted in the creation of various internal documents including the production of Building Design Guides for BTR schemes – which comprises a wide variety of specific guidance for clients to consider throughout the design process. • Conduct monthly training calls with new site staff, providing an insight into their building and what to expect during the build process. • Produce Management Plans for new sites in the UK and Ireland to assist with the planning process. • Manage the licensing procurement and research for mobilising sites, advising clients on which licenses they will need to procure and assisting with the license application.
