Resource Manager
• Coordinates staffing requests by proactively identifying, qualifying and recommending qualified candidates. Actively following-up with requestors to facilitate discussions around resourcing and pushing timely solutions.• Coordinates communication with the other Resource Managers, Recruiters, Contractor Managers, Service Line/Sector leaders/liaisons, People Managers, People Leaders and any other parties who could be involved in facilitating the fulfillment of roles, until a satisfactory assignment has been made.
