Resource ManagerAs a Resource Manager, my mission has always been to initiate action, generate enthusiasm, expect a high level of performance from myself and the team and celebrate wins. I love the interaction within a group of talented team members, such as recruiters wanting to get the best results they can to benefit the company. I enjoy collaborating with Hiring Managers and vendors to bring together a cohesive team with new ideas and options within their expertise. Watching those that I have hired, trained, or mentored flourish is what I strive for and I am looking forward to the opportunity to implement this mission for a new company in the future.
