For group fitness, I designed and led a group in 30-60 minute fitness classes, including bootcamp-style circuit workouts and spin classes. Each workout was designed to be approachable and engaging for participants of all fitness levels, with clear technique instructions, safety cues, and optional modifications given. As a personal trainer, I coached 1-on-1 clients in the weight room, creating individual programs to match their fitness goals. I also led small group lifting classes on the fundamentals of barbell training.

I programmed and executed games and activities for 10-16 children ages 3-15 aimed at improving motor skill development, as well as teamwork skills, movement confidence and autonomy, and the enjoyment of movement in play. Activities and games were based around several fundamental movement skills, such as locomotion, jumping and hopping, dribbling with feet or hands, and striking with feet or hands. PISE Physical Literacy camps emphasize inclusivity and accessibility, and I made accomodations for children with cognitive or physical disabilities within the camp's programming. Additionally, campers are exposed to various parasports throughout the week to encourage empathy for people with disabilities and advocacy for inclusivity in sport and recreation.
