First, I graduated in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and spent circa 7 years in Human Resources. I switched gears and capitalized on my strengths and became a DE&I professionalMy team will say I can facilitate any topic from menopause to white privilege. I am a compassionate communicator, eternal optimist and divergent thinker who believes in the power of leading from anywhere.
