I am a dedicated English teacher who thrives in close-knit communities, including classrooms, team settings, workplaces, and various social environments. I consider myself an effective communicator who promotes active listening and responsive engagement in all facets of communication—whether in teacher-student interactions, customer service, client development, or social networking.Coming from an international student myself, I firmly believe that I have a strong connection with my students who study English as a Second Language (ESL). I deeply empathize with them. I have stumbled on many obstacles and hardships, struggling to not only achieve academic success as an international student but also overcome daily life struggles and adapt to the new world of English-speaking countries as a person. Having overcome numerous obstacles and cultural adjustments, I bring a unique perspective to my teaching. I strive to not only foster academic success but also provide emotional support to help students navigate the challenges of adapting to a new language and environment.As I share this tremendous part of my life experience with my study-abroad students, my strength is to advise students with constructive feedback and to provide moral support to those who struggle to adapt to the brand-new environment. Through those experiences, I am confident that I build strong and bonding teacher-student rapport.
